The Automation section
What the Automation sidebar section is for. Workflows run work when something happens: a record is created or changes, a deal moves stage in a pipeline, you launch one by hand, or a schedule comes round. Sequences send multi-step outreach across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. So workflows keep the CRM up to date while sequences keep outreach going. Use it to tell the two apart.
