Getting Started with Dalil AI

Welcome to Dalil AI! This guide walks you through everything you need to get up and running in 30 minutes or less.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Go to app.usedalil.ai/signup
2. Enter your work email and create a password
3. Verify your email
4. Complete the quick 3-question onboarding survey (team size, current tools, main goal)

You're now on the 14-day free trial — no credit card required.

Step 2: Connect Your Email

Dalil AI works with your existing email. We support:

• Gmail (Google Workspace or personal)
• Outlook (Microsoft 365 or personal)

To connect:

1. Go to Settings → Email → Connect
2. Authorize Dalil to read/send on your behalf
3. Done — your sent/received emails sync automatically

Step 3: Import Your Contacts

You can import contacts via:

Option A: CSV Import

1. Go to Contacts → Import
2. Upload your CSV file
3. Map columns (or let AI do it automatically)
4. Click Import

Option B: Chrome Extension (LinkedIn)

1. Install the Dalil Chrome Extension
2. Navigate to any LinkedIn profile or Sales Navigator list
3. Click "Import to Dalil" — one click per contact or bulk import from lists

Option C: HubSpot / Salesforce sync Go to Settings → Integrations → CRM and connect your existing CRM for automatic sync.

Step 4: Set Up Your First Sequence

1. Go to Sequences → New Sequence
2. Describe your campaign in the AI prompt:

   Target: VP of Sales at Series A-C SaaS companies, 10-100 employees
   Goal: Book a 15-minute discovery call
   Angle: We help them scale their outbound without hiring more SDRs
   

3. Dalil AI generates a 5-step email sequence with subject lines and personalization tokens
4. Review and edit (optional)
5. Add contacts from your list
6. Activate

Your first emails will send within the hour.

Step 5: Install the Chrome Extension

The Dalil Chrome Extension adds a sidebar to Gmail and LinkedIn that shows:

• Contact's full CRM history when you open an email
• AI-suggested reply drafts
• One-click "Add to Sequence" from LinkedIn profiles
• Deal score and next recommended action
