LinkedIn CRM integration
Sync your LinkedIn conversations with Dalil AI so every message is automatically linked to the right People and Company records.
With LinkedIn sync enabled, Dalil AI brings your LinkedIn conversations directly into your CRM.
Messages appear inside the Unified Inbox and are automatically linked to the correct People and Company records, ensuring every interaction is captured and organised.
This allows Dalil to transform real conversations into CRM updates, collaboration, and sales insights β without requiring manual data entry.
Dalil offers flexible syncing options so every team can choose the level of automation and privacy they prefer.
Privacy first: Dalil provides secure syncing and unsyncing mechanisms to ensure your data always stays under your control.
LinkedIn sync modes
When connecting LinkedIn, Dalil allows you to choose between two different syncing modes.
1. Sync all LinkedIn conversations
Dalil can sync all LinkedIn conversations from your account, including contacts that are not yet in your CRM.
This removes the need for manual work because Dalil can automatically capture LinkedIn profiles and conversation context, allowing you to create CRM records instantly.
If non-relevant conversations are imported, they can be unsynced and permanently removed from Dalil's inbox and database at any time.
This mode is ideal for users who want maximum automation and full visibility of LinkedIn interactions.
2. Sync only CRM-related conversations
For teams that want more control over their inbox, Dalil can sync only conversations linked to contacts already stored in the CRM.
In this mode:
- Only conversations with existing CRM records appear in Dalil
- Conversations with unknown LinkedIn profiles are not imported
- Your Unified Inbox stays clean and focused on active prospects
This option is particularly useful to avoid all inbound LinkedIn conversations automatically entering the inbox, especially for users who receive a high volume of messages.
Importing conversations and creating records
Dalil also provides tools to turn LinkedIn conversations into CRM data.
From the Unified Inbox, users can:
- Import LinkedIn conversations
- Create new CRM records in one click
- Link conversations to People, Companies, and Deals
This makes it easy to convert LinkedIn interactions into structured CRM data without switching tools.
Collaboration across your team
LinkedIn conversations are typically managed individually and remain locked inside personal accounts.
Dalil solves this by allowing teams to share conversations across users.
This enables:
- Better collaboration on accounts
- Shared visibility on prospect communication
- Smoother handoffs between sales team members
Sales teams and managers gain real-time visibility into interactions that move deals forward.
How to enable LinkedIn sync
- Go to Account Settings
- Open Core Integrations
- Click Add on the LinkedIn integration
- Follow the steps on screen to connect your account
Once completed, your LinkedIn account and Dalil CRM will be connected and conversation syncing will begin.
