Registration & plan selection

The onboarding experience is designed for rapid deployment. Within minutes, users establish their workspace, configure their profile, and dial in the plan levers that match their team to begin sales activities immediately.

Step 1: Register Your Account

Two registration methods are available:

• Email & Password: Supply an email address, create a password, and verify through a confirmation message (check your spam folder if needed)
• Google or Microsoft SSO: Use existing credentials for immediate access

Step 2: Create Your Workspace

Post-registration setup includes:

• Selecting a workspace identifier (typically your company name)
• Submitting a logo file

Workspace preparation requires approximately one minute.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

Personal information entry:

• First name
• Last name
• Profile picture

Profile completion ensures team visibility across features. You'll then be prompted to connect your email account and can invite teammates before choosing your plan.

Step 4: Select Your Plan

Dalil AI has a single plan: $99 a month, with everything included and nothing gated behind a higher tier. That covers:

• 1 Lead Scout agent, scouting 20 signals a week
• 1 seat, full access
• 1 social account (LinkedIn or WhatsApp)
• 5 mailbox syncs (Gmail or Outlook)
• 1,000 AI and enrichment credits a month
• Unlimited records, custom fields, pipelines and workflow automation
• Multichannel sequences, unified inbox, Dalil AI Brain, and Dalil AI WhatsApp agent
• Integrations with n8n, Zapier and Fathom, plus MCP and dedicated Claude skills

From there, add only what your team needs, priced lever by lever: extra users at $39 a month each, extra social accounts at $19 a month each, extra mailbox syncs at $3 a month each, extra credits in blocks of 1,000 starting at $15 a block, extra Lead Scout agents at $29 a month each, and managed inboxes starting from $9 a month each.

All new workspaces include your first 30 days for $9. New users can explore complete functionality and add collaborators.

Step 5: Getting Started Page

The onboarding checklist directs users through essential activation tasks, each with a brief audio walkthrough:

1. Integrate your accounts: email, calendar, and channel connections
2. Core Integrations: WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and the WhatsApp AI agent
3. CRM Entities: contacts, organisations, and deals
4. Pipelines: structure and deal organisation
5. Workflows: automation for recurring tasks
6. Sequences: your first multi-channel outreach campaign
7. AI Layer: Dalil's AI features

An onboarding video and a Book a Demo option are available from the same page, and a floating progress widget keeps the checklist visible as you explore the app.

Which Levers Should I Adjust?

There are no plans to pick between, only levers to move as your team grows:

• Solo operators or founders: The base plan covers this as-is: one seat, one social account, and 5 mailbox syncs.
• Small sales teams (3–10 reps): Add a seat per rep at $39 a month each, and an extra social account for any rep who needs their own sending identity on LinkedIn or WhatsApp.
• Teams running heavy outbound: Add Lead Scout agents at $29 a month each to cover more segments, and extra social accounts or mailbox syncs to raise your monthly reach ceiling.
• Larger or established organisations: Add managed inboxes for cold email at scale, plus enough seats and credits to match headcount and enrichment volume.
