Sending limits, reply and exit rules
Setting the rules of a sequence before you publish. From the gear in the toolbar, Sequence Settings controls timezone, days, hours, minutes between contacts, Auto launch, open and click tracking, and what happens when credits run out. Global Sending Limits caps each channel per day across the workspace, with a warning above the recommended number. Reply and Exit Settings decides who stops, including colleagues, and can create a task or trigger a workflow. It also covers AI settings and InMail credits.

Before you publish, open the sequence's settings from the gear in the toolbar. The sequence canvas is the backbone of every sequence, even the ones inside agents. Sequence Settings decides when it sends: the timezone, the days, the hours, and how many minutes between one contact and the next. Auto launch sends to new contacts as soon as they're added. Turning off open and click tracking helps deliverability, but the conditions that rely on it stop working. And you choose what happens when credits run out. Global Sending Limits caps each channel per day, across every sequence in the workspace. Go past the recommended number and a warning tells you the account's at risk. Reply and Exit Settings decides who stops getting the campaign: anyone who replies or clicks a link, and even their colleagues at the same company. It can create a task, let AI mark replies as interested or not, or trigger a workflow. LinkedIn InMail shows each sender's credits. Business Context picks the documents the AI writes from, Enrichment looks up extra details before the first message, AI Message Settings sets up AI variables for every step, and AI Reply Settings drafts answers for you. Save Changes, and you're ready to publish. Before launch, Alex asks Claude to set the rules. Claude sets the hours, limits and exit rules. Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant you connect to Vetta works on your real workspace, so repeat this, then give it a bigger job each week. In Vetta, check the limits and exit rules, then publish it yourself.
