The workspace switcher

The name at the very top of the sidebar is the workspace you are in. Onboarding names it after your company.

Switching workspaces

Click the workspace name to open the list of workspaces you belong to, then pick one. Each workspace has its own records, agents, sequences and settings, so nothing is shared between them.

Renaming and adding workspaces

• Rename a workspace: open Settings > General and change the Workspace name.
• Create another workspace: click the workspace name to open the selector and choose New workspace.

Collapsing the sidebar

The icon to the right of the workspace name collapses the sidebar. Use it when you want more room for a wide table or a pipeline board. While the sidebar is collapsed, only its icons show, and the button that brings it back sits at the left of the top bar, before the back and forward arrows.
