Business card to contact
Turning a photographed business card into a CRM contact through Vetta AI on WhatsApp. Link your number first in Settings under Vetta AI on WhatsApp, then send the photo. Vetta AI reads back the name, title, company, email, phone and website for you to check, you tell it in plain words to create the contact, and it asks whether she belongs in Leads or People. The contact and company appear in Vetta with Created by showing Business Card OCR. Use it after an event.

You've just met someone at an event, and their card is in your hand. First, make sure your number is linked: in Settings, open Vetta AI on WhatsApp, add your phone, and scan the code to start the chat. Then send a photo of the card. Vetta AI reads everything back to you first: the name, title, company, email, phone and website, so you can check it. Tell it what to do in plain words, like create the contact. It asks whether she belongs in Leads or People, and once you answer, it creates her, along with her company. Back in Vetta, she's already there, and Created by shows Business Card OCR, so you always know where a contact came from.
