Analytics and retrying failed leads

Once a sequence is live, Analytics tells you what's working. The sequence canvas is the backbone of every sequence, even the ones inside agents. Overview starts with the funnel: everyone in the campaign, how many you've contacted, how many opened, and how many answered. You can narrow it by date, sender or channel. Below it, campaign statistics count reach, sends, opens, clicks, replies and accepted connection requests, and each card explains how it's worked out. Reply sentiment shows how the AI sorted the answers, from interested and info requested to not now, out of office or unsubscribe. Click Replied count and a drawer opens on the right with everyone who replied. Click a name and their record opens in the same drawer, and the arrow takes you back to the list. Switch to Step Details to see every step on its own: how many contacts are in it, how many have moved on, and the stats you choose to show. When something goes wrong, the eye icon opens the execution errors: failed contacts, failed senders, and runs that finished without sending, each with the reason. Tick the ones you've fixed, click Retry, and those steps run again. Each month, Alex asks Claude how the sequence did. Claude finds eighteen failures and retries nine.
