The record page in Dalil AI serves as a unified workspace for managing contacts, companies, opportunities, and pipeline records. It centralizes conversations, activities, notes, tasks, meetings, and AI-generated insights in one location, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools.

Page Structure

The record page combines two areas:

  • Fields panel: the record's structured CRM data (company affiliation, job title, contact details, LinkedIn, score), all editable in place. The fields shown match your entity field configuration.
  • Tabbed workspace: where you work with everything attached to the record, organised into tabs.

The Tabs

Depending on the entity, the record page includes tabs such as:

  • Highlights: the key activity and changes on the record at a glance
  • Conversations: every synced email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn thread with this contact, with reply capability (the same threads as in the Unified Inbox)
  • Calendar: scheduled and past meetings with the contact
  • AI Meeting Note: AI-generated meeting summaries when meeting recording is connected
  • Notes and Tasks: qualitative context and action items linked to the record
  • Dalil AI: ask Dalil about this record and act on it in natural language
  • Flow (on workflow/sequence records) and Associated Threads (on opportunities)

AI on the record page

Dalil Brain surfaces intelligence directly on the record:

  • AI Signals: notable events and engagement patterns detected from real activity
  • AI Tips: suggested next actions based on the relationship's state
  • Dalil Score: the record's current score; its history shows the trend over time (see How AI Deal Scoring Works)
  • Last interaction: when and where you last touched this contact

Linked Records

Records connect to other CRM elements (companies, opportunities, pipelines, sequences, and workflows) directly from the record page. Use the relation fields to attach a person to a company, link an opportunity, or check which sequences the contact is enrolled in.

Collaboration

Teammates can leave comments on records to discuss context without leaving the CRM, and mention each other to bring the right person into the conversation.

Core Benefit

This centralized approach enables teams to understand relationship status and take action faster without navigating across multiple platforms. Everything needed to manage a contact, company, or deal is accessible from a single record page.
