The record detail page in Dalil AI serves as a unified workspace for managing contacts, companies, and opportunities. It centralizes conversations, activities, notes, tasks, meetings, and AI-generated insights in one location, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools.

Page Structure

The interface divides into two primary sections:

  • Left side (main workspace): Where users interact with conversations, activities, notes, tasks, and meetings
  • Right side (record details panel): Contains structured CRM data that can be edited directly

Record Details Panel

The right-side panel displays core information such as company affiliation, job title, contact methods, LinkedIn profile, location, and interaction timestamps. These fields align with your entity fields configuration and are editable from this view.

Linked Records

Records connect to other CRM elements including companies, opportunities, pipelines, sequences, and workflows, enabling Dalil to represent business relationships and support automation.

Key Features

Dalil AI Intelligence Overview

Displays relationship insights such as sentiment analysis, interaction summaries, pipeline status, and engagement signals β€” without requiring manual review of all communications.

Activity Timeline

Provides a chronological record of messages, pipeline changes, field modifications, and automation events with timestamps.

Conversations

Aggregates communication across email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn in one searchable thread.

Notes

Stores qualitative relationship context like meeting summaries and strategic observations.

Tasks

Manages action items and follow-ups assigned to team members.

Calendar and Meetings

Consolidates scheduled events and automatically generates meeting summaries and transcripts when available.
