What Pulse is and the four default dashboards2:00

A tour of Pulse, Vetta's dashboards on live workspace data, found in the sidebar next to Inbox. It walks the four ready-made dashboards and the question each answers: Overview (what needs you today and the path from lead to revenue), Lead generation (are your agents finding the right people and are they replying), Pipeline (what is open, what closed and why deals are lost) and Team (is the work getting done, and by whom). It also shows how to navigate: the dashboard switcher, Show more, the date range with custom dates, People, Filter, and Manage access.

Alex clicks Pulse in the sidebar, right next to Inbox, and it opens on dashboards that run on live data from his workspace. Four come ready-made, Overview, Lead generation, Pipeline and Team, and each one answers a different question. Overview is where he starts his day. Needs you today holds the handful of things that move revenue this week, like replies waiting, tasks due today or overdue, accounts gone quiet and what's closing this month. Below that, From lead to revenue follows a lead all the way to Closed won. Lead generation asks whether his agents are finding the right people, and whether they're replying. Leads found and Qualified come first, and then Sequence performance shows the reply rates and the outreach funnel, so he can see where leads fall off. Pipeline answers what is open, what closed and why deals are lost. The open pipeline and the pipeline by stage show what's open, and then Wins and losses adds the win rate, won against lost over time, and the lost reasons. The Team dashboard asks whether the work is getting done, and by whom, with tasks due and overdue, tasks completed on time, and each person's progress against what was planned. To switch dashboards he clicks the name at the top, where he can search and pin the ones he wants in the tab bar, and Show more opens the charts behind a section. The date range on the right covers 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or a custom range, where he picks a start date and an end date and clicks Apply. People shows data for just him, his team or everyone, and Filter narrows the dashboard by stage, sequence, country or industry. Manage access decides who can see a dashboard: Private, specific people and teams, or everyone in the workspace. Viewers see it with their own data permissions, and only editors can change it, which on the built-in ones means admins. Next, he'll build a dashboard of his own, and that's the next video.
