Notifications in Dalil
What Dalil notifies you about: score changes, messages, pipeline updates, tasks, workflows, and how to tune every alert in Settings.
Dalil keeps you informed about the things that need attention (a lead's score crossing a threshold, a new message from a prospect, a teammate moving a deal, a workflow failing) without you having to watch the app. Notifications appear in the notification drawer (the bell icon in the sidebar, with an unread badge) and as toast messages while you work.
What Dalil notifies you about
AI-Driven Insights
- Dalil Score Increases Above a Threshold: an AI-calculated score rose above your threshold, indicating a priority action (see How AI Deal Scoring Works)
- Dalil Score Drops Below a Threshold: a score fell below your threshold, suggesting re-engagement
Both alerts have their own Threshold Settings, so you decide how sensitive they are.
Communication Updates
- New LinkedIn Message from a Lead: a lead or prospect messaged you on LinkedIn
- New WhatsApp Message from a Customer: a customer sent a WhatsApp message that may need a real-time response
Team Collaboration
- Team Member Updates Pipeline Status: a colleague changed a pipeline stage
- Team Member Shares a Document or Note with You: a colleague shared content with you (including shared inbox threads)
Task and Project Management
- Task Assignment: you were assigned a new task
- Task Deadline Approaching: one of your tasks is due soon
Automation events
- Workflow notifications: a workflow failed, so broken automations never fail silently
- Workflow form input: a workflow reached a Form step and is waiting for your input
- Sequence notifications: events from your outreach campaigns
- Enrichment: an enrichment run completed
- Contact merge: records were merged by duplicate management
User and Permission Changes
- Permission Updates and role changes affecting your account.
Configuring notifications
Open Settings β Notifications to control everything:
- Each notification type has its own on/off toggle: enable what matters for your role, silence the rest
- Score alerts additionally expose threshold settings (minimum increase / maximum decrease that triggers the alert)
A useful baseline: reps keep score alerts, communication updates, and task notifications on; managers add pipeline-status changes; everyone keeps workflow failure alerts on.
Working the notification drawer
Open the bell icon to see your notifications; mark individual items read as you handle them, or mark all as read to clear the badge. Notifications deep-link to the relevant record, conversation, or workflow so you can act immediately.
Why this matters
Notifications are what turn Dalil's automation into a safe system: scores, sequences, and workflows run on their own, and you hear about exactly the moments that need a human (a hot lead, a waiting reply, a failed run) without monitoring dashboards all day.
