One bar for the questions and the work
Most assistants stop at the answer. This one can also go and do the thing you asked about.
Every answer shows its working
Ask about a deal, an account or the whole pipeline, and Dalil reads the underlying records to answer. It lists the deals, contacts and activities it used, so you can check the number rather than trust it.
- Reads your records, not training data
- Cites the deals and activities it used
- Respects your existing permissions
Describe the automation, get the automation
Say what should happen and when. Dalil assembles the trigger, the conditions and the branches into a real workflow in your workspace, which you can open, edit and turn on when you are happy with it.
- Triggers, conditions and branches assembled
- Lands as a normal editable workflow
- Nothing runs until you switch it on
Outreach written and wired in one request
Ask for a re-engagement or a new campaign and Dalil drafts the whole multichannel sequence, choosing channels the lead is actually reachable on and writing every step in your voice.
- Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps
- Only uses channels the lead is reachable on
- Every message editable before it sends
It proposes, you approve, then it runs
Moving stages, creating tasks, enrolling contacts: Dalil lays out exactly what it intends to change and waits. Approve the batch and it executes, or discard it and nothing at all has happened.
- Every change previewed before it runs
- Approve or discard as a batch
- Cannot touch records you cannot
Ask Dalil AI, explained
How is this different from a general AI chatbot?
It is grounded in your workspace. Every answer is built from your own records, and it shows which deals, contacts and activities it read to get there. It is not recalling something from training data, it is reading your CRM.
Can it actually change my data?
Yes, but never on its own. Dalil proposes a set of actions, shows exactly what each one would touch, and waits for your approval. It also inherits your permissions, so it can only reach records you could reach yourself.
What can it build?
Workflows and multichannel sequences, from a plain description. It assembles the triggers, conditions, waits and channel steps, then hands the result over as a normal editable object in your workspace, not a black box.
Does it research outside my CRM?
It can. Ask it about a company and it will gather public context, funding, headcount, hiring and recent activity, then write the useful parts onto the record so the next person to open it starts informed.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere in the app through the command bar, and from WhatsApp through Ask Dalil on WhatsApp when you are away from your desk.
Which model runs it?
Dalil runs on frontier models and routes each request to the right one for the task. Your workspace data is used to answer your questions and is not used to train external models.
Stop searching your CRM. Just ask it.
Answers from your own records, and the work carried out once you say go.
