Analytics & dashboards
Build drag-and-drop dashboards with spot, historical, funnel, and stage-movement charts to track your sales data: plus the built-in sequence and workflow overviews.
Dalil's Analytics turns your CRM data into dashboards you design yourself. Because charts read live workspace data (records, pipelines, stages, activity), your reporting is always current, with no exports or spreadsheet rebuilding.

Dashboards
Analytics is organised into dashboards: collections of charts laid out on a grid:
- Create separate dashboards per audience: a pipeline dashboard for the sales team, an outreach dashboard for SDRs, an executive summary for leadership
- Edit Layout to enter arrangement mode: drag charts around the grid, resize them, then Save Changes
- Use Add widget to place a new chart; search the chart library by name
Chart types
When adding a widget, you choose from four families:
- Spot Charts: the current state of your data right now: records per stage, deals per owner, counts by any Select field
- Historical Charts: trends over time: how a metric moved week over week, month over month
- Funnel Charts: conversion through sequential stages: how many records progress from each pipeline stage to the next, and where they drop off
- Stage Movement: how many records moved into (or through) specific stages in a period: the "what actually happened this week" view
There's also a set of Predefined Charts: pre-configured templates for common analyses you can drop in without building from scratch.
Building on good data
Charts are only as good as the fields behind them. Three things make analytics sharper:
- Status fields for every staged process: funnels and stage movement need clean stages; see Managing fields and Working with pipelines
- Deduplicated records: duplicates inflate counts; keep the Duplicates page clean
- Consistent Select fields: Industry, Lead Source, and similar fields make the best chart dimensions when their options are used consistently
The built-in overviews
Beyond custom dashboards, two areas of Dalil ship with purpose-built analytics:
- Sequences overview: outbound funnel, reply sentiment, sends today, and per-campaign stats (opened / clicked / replied / positive replies); see Monitoring & optimizing results
- Workflows overview: run health, failures by cause, and AI token consumption; see Monitoring workflow runs
Use those for channel-specific monitoring, and the Analytics dashboards for the cross-cutting picture: pipeline health, team performance, and how outreach turns into revenue.
Example dashboard: weekly pipeline review
- Funnel Chart: sales pipeline conversion from Discovery to Closed Won
- Stage Movement: deals that entered Negotiation this week
- Spot Chart: open deals by owner
- Historical Chart: new opportunities created per week over the quarter
- Spot Chart: deals by Dalil Score band, so the team starts with the hottest ones
Ten minutes to build, and your weekly review runs off live data instead of a stale slide.
Key outcome
Analytics closes the loop of the operating system: pipelines structure your process, sequences and workflows run it, and dashboards show whether it's working, all from the same live data, in the same tool.
