Your CRM updates while you are still shaking hands.

Snap a business card, leave a voice note, or just type. Dalil files it against the right record from inside the WhatsApp you already use, and answers questions about your pipeline in the same thread.

Photograph it, and it is already a record

Point your camera at the card inside the thread. Dalil reads the company, name, email and address, creates the record, enriches it, and replies to confirm. Nobody types anything into a CRM afterwards.

  • Company and contact created together
  • Enriched on the way in
  • Confirmation back in the same thread

Voice notes

Say what happened before you forget it

The context that decides a deal is whatever you remember on the walk out. Leave it as a voice note and it is transcribed verbatim, attached to the contact, and turned into tasks where you asked for them.

  • Verbatim transcript, not a summary
  • Attached to the right record automatically
  • Follow-ups become real tasks

Ask from the thread

The same assistant, without the laptop

It is Ask Dalil AI, reachable from your phone. Ask what happened on an account, what is due today, or which deals have gone quiet, and act on the answer without leaving the conversation.

  • Answers drawn from your real records
  • Log calls, move stages, add tasks
  • Same permissions as in the app

The field day

No evening spent catching the CRM up

The admin session after every event exists because capture and entry are separated by hours. Close that gap and the backlog never forms, so what you learned on the floor is in the CRM the same day.

  • Captured while the context is fresh
  • Nothing waiting for you that evening
  • Field intel stops evaporating

Every moment of the field sales day

Built for the people whose selling happens away from a desk.

At the standPhotograph the card mid-conversation. Company, contact, email and address land in the CRM before you shake the next hand.
Walking out of a meetingLeave a voice note in the corridor. It is transcribed word for word and attached to the right contact by the time you reach the car.
No card, no problemType the name and a line of context into the thread. Dalil creates the contact, enriches it and confirms in one message back.
Between sessionsAsk what happened on an account before you walk into the next conversation, without opening a laptop in a corridor.
On the roadLog a call, move a stage or add a task from the passenger seat. The same assistant, reachable from a thread you already have open.
End of the dayNothing to catch up on. The evening admin session that used to follow every event simply is not there any more.

Ask Dalil on WhatsApp, explained

Do I need to install anything?

No. It works in the WhatsApp you already have. You message Dalil the way you would message a colleague, and it replies in the same thread.

What can I send it?

Photos of business cards, voice notes, and plain text. Cards are read and turned into records, voice notes are transcribed and attached to the right contact, and text can create or update anything you have permission to touch.

How fast does it reach the CRM?

Seconds. A photographed card is usually a complete, enriched record before the conversation you are having has finished.

Can it answer questions too?

Yes. It is the same assistant as Ask Dalil AI in the app, so you can ask what happened on an account, what is due today, or which deals have gone quiet, and act on the answer from the thread.

Is it safe to send client data over WhatsApp?

Messages are handled over WhatsApp's encrypted transport and processed in the European Union. Dalil only writes to records you already have access to, and everything it does is logged against your user.

Does the whole team need it?

No. It is per user, so field reps can run their day from WhatsApp while everyone else stays in the app, and both are writing to the same CRM.
