Create and track tasks to keep your team organized, accountable, and focused on what needs to be done.

How it works

  • Task creation - Click the green "+ New" button in any Tasks view or add inline from All Tasks, By Status, or Assigned to Me views.

  • Task components - Every task includes title, status, assignee, due date, creator attribution, and optional linked relations.

  • View management - Switch between All Tasks (complete list), By Status (kanban board), and Assigned to Me (personal tasks).

  • Sorting and filtering - Organize tasks by title, status, due date, or assignee; apply filters for specific criteria.

  • Status tracking - Update task progress by changing status in any view or directly in the task record.

  • Assignment - Select team members from the dropdown when creating or editing tasks for clear ownership.

  • Due date alerts - Set deadlines during task creation to receive notifications as dates approach.

Tips

  • Use "Assigned to Me" view as your daily dashboard for personal productivity 

  • Create recurring tasks for regular activities like weekly reports 

  • Link tasks to relevant People or Companies for complete context

  •  Review and close completed tasks weekly to maintain list clarity

FAQ

Q: Can I assign a task to multiple people? 

A: Currently, tasks can only have one assignee. Create separate tasks for multiple owners.

Q: How do I track recurring tasks? 

A: Manual creation is required for now; recurring task automation is planned.

Q: Can I add subtasks or dependencies? 

A: Not yet, but this feature is on the development roadmap.
