Notifications

Stay informed about relevant workspace events without being overwhelmed, with smart filtering that shows only what matters to you.

How it works and what notifications you will receive

  • Task alerts – When a task is assigned to you, its status changes, or its due-date is updated.

  • Mention alerts – When someone @-mentions you and sends a message (a mention by itself does not trigger an alert).

  • AI Signals – When a deal score rises above, or drops below, your configured threshold.

  • Permission changes – When an admin changes your role or workspace access level.

  • Pipeline updates – When a teammate moves a deal you own to a new stage.

How to see notifications

  1. Click the 🔔 bell icon in the upper-left corner – a red dot indicates unread alerts.

  2. The panel shows the newest items first; click any entry to open the related record.

  3. Use Mark all as read to clear the badge once you have reviewed everything.

Customize notification settings

  • Go to Settings → Notifications.

  • Toggle each alert type (Tasks, Mentions, AI Signals, Permissions, Pipeline updates).

  • Enable or disable email digests.

  • Choose whether Dalil should auto-follow records after you comment or assign a task.
