Pipelines

Visualize and manage workflows with customizable stages for sales, partnerships, or customer success tracking in an intuitive interface.

How it works

  • Pipeline structure - Each pipeline tracks either Company or Person records through defined stages with custom fields and workflow rules.

  • Template creation - Start quickly with pre-built templates for Startup Fundraising, Lead Qualification, or Customer Success workflows.

  • Custom pipelines - Build from scratch by selecting object type (Company/Person), naming your pipeline, and defining custom stages.

  • Adding records - Click "+ Add Company/Person" to search and add existing records or create new ones directly in the pipeline.

  • View options - Toggle between Table view for spreadsheet-style editing and Kanban view for visual drag-and-drop stage management.

  • Field customization - Add attributes using the "+" button, enable AI autofill, and configure field types like Text, Date, or Currency.

  • Access control - Set permissions as Full Access (edit everything), Read & Write (modify records), or Read Only (view only).

Tips

  • Create multiple views with different filters to focus on specific segments or metrics

  • Use Kanban view for visual pipeline reviews in team meetings

  •  Enable AI enrichment on key fields to reduce manual data entry

  • Set up stage-specific fields that only appear when relevant

FAQ

Q: What is a pipeline exactly? A: A pipeline is a visual workflow (like a kanban or table) where you track deals, contacts, or companies through different stages.

Q: Can I create my own pipeline from scratch? A: Absolutely. Go to Pipelines in the sidebar, click "+ New," choose your object type, and build it from scratch.

Q: Can I import a pipeline using a CSV file? A: Not at the moment. You need to add records one at a time, or in bulk using copy-paste.
