Profile and Security

Manage your personal profile, preferences, and security settings to customize your Dalil experience and protect your account.

How it works

  • Access settings - Click your workspace name in the top left and select "Settings" to open your personal configuration options.

  • Profile Details - Upload a profile image (PNG/JPG/GIF up to 2MB) and edit your first and last name to personalize your account.

  • Account Security - Update your email address, link WhatsApp for mobile access, change password via email link, and two-factor authentication (2FA) is not available yet; implementation is planned for a future release.

Tips

  • Upload a clear, professional profile picture so teammates can recognize you easily

  • Link your WhatsApp account for faster access and mobile usage

  • Use a strong password and update it regularly for enhanced security

  • Review your profile details periodically to ensure your contact info is up to date

  • Keep an eye on future updates for 2FA to further secure your account

FAQs

Q: Can I change my email address after signing up?

A: Changing the email associated with your account is currently not supported. Please contact support if you need assistance.

Q: Is two-factor authentication (2FA) available?

A: 2FA is not yet available, but it’s planned for a future release to improve account security.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

A: You can reset it using the “Forgot password” option on the login screen. A secure link will be sent to your email to set a new password.
