Kanban View
Manage pipelines visually with drag-and-drop cards organized by customizable stages for intuitive workflow management.
How it works
View creation - In any pipeline, click the view dropdown, select "+ New," choose Kanban layout, and select your grouping field (usually Stage).
Stage management - Each column represents a stage; drag cards between columns to update their status instantly with visual feedback.
Card customization - Configure visible fields on cards through View Settings → Add Card Row to show Amount, Company, or other key data.
Stage options - Click the dropdown on any stage header to hide/show stages or add calculations like count, sum, or average.
Sorting cards - Use the Sort button to arrange cards within each stage by Amount, Score, or Close Date while maintaining groupings.
Filtering - Apply filters to show only relevant records across all stages, such as "Dalil Score > 50" or "Owner is Me."
Compact mode - Toggle compact view for a denser layout when managing many records across multiple stages.
