Manage Your People View

Customize the People table interface to browse, filter, and update records efficiently with powerful view management tools.

How it works

  • Filtering system - Click Filter to add conditions based on any field, using operators like "is," "contains," or "greater than" with multiple rules.

  • Sorting options - Click Sort to order records by any field in ascending or descending order, prioritizing by score, date, or alphabetically.

  • Column management - Access Settings → Fields to select visible columns, drag to reorder, or click the ➕ to quickly add new fields.

  • Column sizing - Drag column edges to adjust width or drag headers to reorder; hide columns by unchecking them in the Fields menu.

  • Label customization - Click any column name to edit its display label for this view without changing the underlying field name.

  • Edit history - Right-click any cell to view complete edit history showing who changed what and when for audit trails.

  • Calculations - Numeric columns display live sum/average calculations at the bottom that update with your filters.

Tips

  • Save frequently used filter combinations as custom views for one-click access 

  • Hide rarely-used columns to focus on essential information 

  • Sort by Dalil Score descending to prioritize high-value contacts 

  • Use column calculations to track metrics like total deal value

Q: Can I save my custom views? 

A: Yes, after setting filters and columns, use "Save as new view."

Q: Why can't I delete certain columns? 

A: System fields are permanent but can be hidden from view.

Q: How do I share my view with teammates?

 A: Views are currently personal. Team views are coming soon.
