Manage your Dalil subscription with self-serve billing tools for plan changes, payment updates, and account administration.

How it works

  • Access billing - Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Billing to view and manage all subscription details.

  • Subscription management - Click "View billing details" to see current plan, download invoices, edit payment methods, and check usage limits.

  • Plan options - Choose from Essential (free), Pro ($89/user/month), or Enterprise (custom pricing) based on team needs.

  • Billing frequency - Switch between monthly and annual billing with one click to optimize costs for long-term usage.

  • Plan changes - Upgrade or downgrade anytime with immediate effect and prorated billing adjustments.

  • Cancellation - Use "Cancel Plan" to end subscription; workspace becomes read-only but data is preserved.

  • Usage monitoring - Track limits for chats, integrations, and records to ensure you're within plan allowances.

  • Switch to annual billing for 15-20% savings on Pro and Enterprise plans 

  • Monitor usage weekly to avoid hitting limits unexpectedly 

  • Download invoices monthly for accounting records 

  • Upgrade before hitting limits to maintain uninterrupted service
