Manage your Dalil subscription with self-serve billing tools for plan changes, payment updates, and account administration.
How it works
Access billing - Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Billing to view and manage all subscription details.
Subscription management - Click "View billing details" to see current plan, download invoices, edit payment methods, and check usage limits.
Plan options - Choose from Essential (free), Pro ($89/user/month), or Enterprise (custom pricing) based on team needs.
Billing frequency - Switch between monthly and annual billing with one click to optimize costs for long-term usage.
Plan changes - Upgrade or downgrade anytime with immediate effect and prorated billing adjustments.
Cancellation - Use "Cancel Plan" to end subscription; workspace becomes read-only but data is preserved.
Usage monitoring - Track limits for chats, integrations, and records to ensure you're within plan allowances.
