You can favorite any record you interact with regularly - whether it’s a high-value lead, a strategic partner, or an urgent task.

How it works:

• Click the ⭐ icon on any record’s header or card to mark it as a favorite

• Access favorites from the sidebar under the “Favorites” section

• Unfavorite anytime by clicking the star again

Your favorites are unique to your user account and private to you.

• Pin deals you’re currently managing to stay focused

• Track key contacts you’re nurturing across multiple touchpoints

• Keep action items like follow-up tasks always visible

• Unfavorite closed or inactive records to keep the list clean
