Centralized communication history

Every interaction appears directly in the Conversations tab of a record, displayed in a single, chronological timeline.

Dalil brings together messages across:

• Email – View and respond to synced emails directly from the record.

• WhatsApp – See message history when a phone number is linked.

• LinkedIn – Show public message history (when connected).
  

This centralization helps you:

• Get full context before reaching out

• Hand off relationships between teammates smoothly

• Avoid duplicate outreach or missed replies
  
  

Unified timeline

All messages are shown in timeline order,across channels,so you can trace the flow of a relationship as it happened. Each message includes:

• Sender and recipient

• Timestamps

• Channel (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
  
  

You can also use filters to show only certain message types (e.g. emails only), which is helpful for quick reviews or reporting.

• Connect your inboxes and channels early to make conversation history available from day one

• Check the Conversations tab before meetings or calls for instant context

• Filter by channel to focus on just the messages you need
  
  

Tag teammates in comments alongside key conversations to coordinate follow-ups.
