Q: Can I customize which alerts I receive?
A: Yes. Go to Settings → Notifications to toggle alert types and email preferences.
Q: Can I rename my workspace?
A: Yes. Go to Settings → Workspace → Name to change your workspace name at any time.
Q: What’s the purpose of a workspace?
A: Workspaces separate CRM environments for teams or clients and store all related records, activities, and settings.
Q: Can I switch between multiple workspaces?
A: Yes. Use the dropdown menu next to your workspace name in the top-left to switch between active workspaces.
Q: Can I use a custom domain for my workspace?
A: Yes, if you’re on a Pro or Custom plan. You can replace the default Dalil domain with your own subdomain.
Q: How do I set up a custom domain?
A: Go to Settings → Workspace → Custom Domain and follow the DNS instructions provided.
Q: What happens if my domain isn’t verified?
A: Your workspace will continue using the default Dalil domain until verification is complete.
Q: Can I export all my CRM data from Dalil?
A: Yes. You can export records, tasks, and notes from People, Companies, and Pipelines via the Export option.
Q: In which format is the data exported?
A: Data is exported as .csv files compatible with Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
Q: Can I schedule regular exports?
A: Not currently. Exporting must be done manually from each section.
Q: Where can I view or change my subscription plan?
A: Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan and select a new one.
