Give your workspace a clear, recognizable name

The workspace name appears in the top-left corner of Dalil, in switcher menus, and in shared activity. Keeping it consistent helps users know which team or department they’re working in,especially if they belong to multiple Dalil workspaces.

To rename your workspace:

• Click your workspace name in the top-left

• Select Workspace Settings

• In the General tab, edit the Workspace Name field

• Your changes update instantly across the interface

Only admins can change the workspace name.

Tip:

Use a functional, specific name like Sales - EMEA or Growth Team (CRM) to avoid confusion.

Custom domain

Access Dalil from a branded subdomain like crm.yourcompany.com

Using a custom domain makes Dalil feel more integrated into your company’s environment and improves accessibility for your team.

To configure a custom domain:

• Go to Workspace Settings → Custom Domain

• Enter the desired domain (e.g., crm.acme.com)

• Follow Dalil’s DNS instructions to verify ownership

• Once verified, your workspace will be accessible via your new domain

• Dalil automatically provisions SSL certificates

• DNS verification is required before activation

• Choose an intuitive subdomain like crm or dalil

• Coordinate with your IT team if needed
