Where to manage notifications

Notifications can be configured in the Account Settings → Notifications section.
Here, you can:

• Choose between App notifications (in-platform alerts) and Email notifications.

• Toggle categories on or off depending on your workflow.

• Drill down into sub-categories for fine-grained control.

Types of notifications

Dalil AI groups notifications into five main categories:

1. AI-driven insights

AI doesn’t just surface information — it actively helps you prioritize.

• Dalil Score increases above a threshold: Get notified when a lead or record’s score rises, signaling higher engagement or potential.

• Dalil Score drops below a threshold: Get alerts when a score decreases, suggesting disengagement and the need for re-engagement.
