Dalil Tasks help you ensure that no action item slips through the cracks. Whether it’s following up with a lead, sending a proposal, or prepping for a meeting, Tasks stay tied to the relevant record, so context is always clear.

You can assign them to yourself or teammates, set due dates, and track progress across the workspace.


Stay on top of what matters

From inside any record (person, company, opportunity), you can:

  • Add a task with a descriptive title

  • Assign an owner (yourself or another user)

  • Set a due date to keep things on schedule

  • Track completion and update the status anytime

Tasks appear in:

  • The record view, under the Activity or Tasks section

  • The global Tasks dashboard, where you can see everything you own or are assigned to


Keep your team aligned

Tasks are collaborative, time-stamped, and easy to update. You can:

  • Mark as Done when complete

  • Reassign to another teammate

  • Edit details as work evolves

  • Use comments to clarify next steps or status

Tips
  • Write clear task titles (e.g. “Send onboarding email” or “Schedule pricing call”)

  • Use due dates to drive urgency and keep pipeline items moving

  • Review tasks before meetings to confirm what’s already been done
