What does Vetta Brain read?
Everything Vetta holds about the record inside the window you choose: email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn conversations, notes and AI meeting notes. The more of your real communication runs through Vetta, the sharper the brief.
How do I choose the window?
The first time you open the Vetta AI tab on a record, pick a look-back window of 7, 14, 30 or 60 days and click Generate insights. A 7 day run uses 1 credit, 14 days 1.5, 30 days 3 and 60 days 6.
Does it change my records on its own?
No. Suggestions only become a task, a note, a draft or a field update when you click them. Until then nothing in the CRM changes.
Can I see earlier runs?
Yes. Every run is kept in History with the window it used, so you can compare how a relationship moved, or start a new insights run at any time.
What if there is no recent activity?
Vetta Brain tells you there is nothing to analyse in that window. Try a longer look-back window, or connect your channels so the conversations reach Vetta.
Is my data used to train models for other companies?
No. Your workspace data is used to write your insights and is not used to train external models.
