The unified inbox in Dalil AI is your single hub for all client-facing communication. Instead of jumping between Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Web, and LinkedIn, Dalil brings everything together so you can read and reply directly inside your CRM.

Every message is automatically linked to the right People and Companies, so your inbox is not just a place to chat — it becomes a source of structured customer intelligence.

Where to find the inbox

  • In the sidebar under Activities → Inbox, where you’ll see all your conversations across channels in one place.

  • Inside the detailed view of a record (Person, Company, Opportunity), under the “Conversations” tab, where you can see messages tied only to that specific contact or company.

What you can do

Centralize conversations

  • Email: Send and receive emails without leaving Dalil. All attachments, subjects, and participants are synced automatically.

  • WhatsApp: Manage all your WhatsApp chats with clients and prospects. Replies go directly from Dalil but sync instantly with your phone.

  • LinkedIn DMs: Answer LinkedIn messages from prospects and partners without opening LinkedIn — keeping the whole conversation in context.

When you open a message in Dalil, you see much more than just the text. You also see:

  • The contact’s profile (job title, company, latest updates).
