LinkedIn DMs sync with Dalil AI (Growth and Pro plans)

By syncing your LinkedIn messages with Dalil AI, you bring another key sales channel into your CRM. Just like WhatsApp and Email, LinkedIn conversations appear in the Unified Inbox and are automatically linked to the right People and Companies.
This gives you one single place to track all sales conversations and allows Dalil’s AI to deliver more accurate scoring, signals, and tips.
How to Enable LinkedIn DMs Sync
Go to Core Integrations in Account Settings.
Click Add on the LinkedIn DMs line.
Enter your LinkedIn credentials.
Solve the puzzle (if required)
On your phone, you’ll be asked to verify it’s really you via the LinkedIn app.
This usually takes about 60 seconds.
Once verified, you’ll see a success message.
On your laptop, click Close to return to Dalil.
Your LinkedIn DMs are now connected to your CRM.
Where to See Your LinkedIn Messages
Unified Inbox → WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email in one view, accessible from the Sidebar.
Record Conversations → Each Person or Company record includes a conversation tab with synced LinkedIn messages.
You can read and reply to LinkedIn DMs directly inside Dalil AI.
