Dalil AI is designed to feel simple and natural, while keeping all the power of a CRM just one click away. The Sidebar and TabBar are your main navigation tools.

• The Sidebar acts as your command center — it gives you quick access to entities, activities, pipelines, and support.

• The TabBar works like a browser inside Dalil — letting you move across multiple records and pages without losing progress.

Together, they make Dalil AI simple, flexible, and efficient to use every day.

Sidebar Navigation

The Sidebar is the vertical menu on the left. It organizes Dalil AI into three main layers:

1. Entities (your database)

This is where your CRM foundation lives:

• People → individual contacts (clients, prospects, partners)

• Companies → organizations tied to those people

• Opportunities → deals or business opportunities you’re tracking

👉 Example: From the Sidebar, click People to view all your contacts, or open Companies to see which organizations are in your pipeline.

2. Activities (your workflow)

Here you’ll find everything connected to your daily actions:

• Calendar → synced events from Google or Outlook, linked to records

• Inbox → unified communication hub (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Email)

• Notes → meeting notes, call notes, or quick reminders

• Tasks → to-dos assigned to yourself or your team

👉 Example: After a client call, you can instantly log a note, create a task for follow-up, and check the event in your calendar.

3. Pipelines (your processes)

• Custom sales or customer pipelines appear directly in the Sidebar.

• Each pipeline gives you a Kanban-style view of your opportunities, helping you move deals stage by stage.

👉 Example: A Startup Fundraising pipeline could track investors across stages (Contacted → Meeting → Due Diligence → Closed).

4. Notifications & Super Search

• Notifications → keep you updated on tasks, deal changes, and incoming client messages.

• Super Search → lets you find anything (records, tasks, notes) instantly across your workspace.

👉 Example: Type “Acme” in Super Search to see all contacts, deals, and notes linked to that company.

5. Workspace controls & support

At the top of the Sidebar (workspace name):

• Create and Switch between workspaces

• Invite members

• Access Settings

At the bottom of the Sidebar:

• Reach Support options → Live Chat, Knowledge Center, and Video Tutorials

TabBar navigation

The TabBar is the horizontal bar at the top of Dalil AI. It lets you keep multiple pages open at once, just like browser tabs.

Key benefits

• Multi-tasking made easy → open multiple people, companies, or opportunities without closing previous pages.

• Context switching → quickly jump between a client record, your inbox, and your calendar.

• Detail management → inside a record (e.g., a Person or Company), you can:

  • Share → send a link or grant access to teammates

  • Add to Favorites → pin important records to the Sidebar (and organize them into folders)

  • Delete or Export → remove a record or export data as needed

👉 Example: While preparing for a meeting with a CEO, you can keep their Person record, the related Company record, and your Calendar tab open simultaneously. No switching back and forth.
