WhatsApp DMs Sync with Dalil AI (Growth & Pro Plans)

With WhatsApp DMs sync enabled, Dalil AI can bring your client and prospect conversations directly into the CRM. This means your WhatsApp messages appear in the Unified Inbox and are linked to the right people and companies, so you never lose track of important interactions.
⚠️ Privacy first: Dalil only syncs WhatsApp conversations with phone numbers already registered in your CRM. Personal chats and unrelated contacts will never be imported.
How to enable WhatsApp DMs sync
Go to Core Integrations in Account Settings.
Click Add on the WhatsApp DMs line.
Follow the steps on screen:
Scan the QR code from WhatsApp.
Click Link Device.
Scan the QR again to confirm.
Wait until the integration completes successfully.
On your laptop, click Close to return to Dalil.
Once complete, your CRM and WhatsApp are linked and the import of your messages will begin.
Where to see your WhatsApp messages
Unified Inbox → Accessible from the Sidebar, shows WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email together in one view.
Record Conversations → Each Person or Company record includes a dedicated conversation tab where synced WhatsApp DMs appear.
From here, you can read and reply to messages directly inside Dalil AI.
