Calendar for events and CRM tasks
The calendar in Dalil AI is designed to help you focus only on the meetings and events that matter for your sales and customer relationships. Unlike a normal calendar, Dalil automatically filters out the “noise” of internal or personal meetings, so you only see the events connected to People and Companies in your CRM.
This makes your calendar much more relevant for tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
Where to find the calendar
On the sidebar under Activities → Calendar
Linked directly to your email integration (Google or Microsoft).
Once connected, Dalil starts pulling in events that involve contacts in your CRM.
Key features
Noise-free focus
Only events with People or Companies in your CRM are displayed.
Internal team meetings, personal reminders, or non-relevant events stay out of your Dalil calendar.
Unified with CRM data
Every event is automatically linked to the right records (People, Companies, Opportunities).
From the event, you can access the related record and see the full context of conversations, tasks, and notes.
Multiple views
Switch between month, week, and day view depending on the level of detail you need.
Filters let you focus on specific event types (e.g., meetings, tasks).
Event creation
You can create new events directly inside Dalil.
When you add participants, if their emails are recognized in your CRM, the event links automatically to their records.
Event details
See participants, locations, links (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), and notes directly inside Dalil.
Tasks and follow-ups can be created directly from the event for better workflow continuity.
