The building blocks of your sales success
Dalil is designed to simplify your sales process by organizing customer data into four essential entities: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals.
Leads: your sales prospects
Leads are individuals that have expressed interest in your products or services through various channels such as website inquiries, marketing campaigns, or social media engagement.
At this stage, leads are not yet qualified; the goal is to assess their interest and ability to buy. Not all leads will become customers, but Dalil helps you identify and manage the most promising ones.

Once a lead is qualified and ready for further negotiation, you can convert it into a Contact and, optionally associate it to an Account (company) or Deal.
There are two methods to convert a Lead into a Contact.
The Dalil Way (AI-Powered Conversion - coming very soon!): Instead of manually updating records, simply chat with your AI assistant through WhatsApp or in the chatbot, and it will handle the conversion for you.
The Traditional Way (Manual Conversion): If you prefer managing records manually, follow these five simple steps:
Find the lead in your Leads section
Click the Convert button (in Table view)
Select or create a Contact Group and Name
Optionally associate it to an Account (company) and/or Deal
Save and you're done!
