In Dalil AI, bulk actions let you update, delete, or reorganize multiple records at once across Leads, Contacts, Accounts, or Deals. It’s a fast, powerful way to manage your data without repetitive manual edits.
What are bulk actions?
Bulk actions are tools to modify, remove, or shift multiple records simultaneously. Select a few—or dozens and make changes in one smooth move, saving time and effort.
Example: Update five Contacts’ statuses or move ten Deals to a new Group with just a couple of clicks.
Edit in bulk: simple updates
Purpose: Change a field across multiple records at once—like updating statuses, phone numbers, or notes.
How It Works:
Select two or more records in a Main List or Group.
Edit a field in one selected record (e.g., set “Status” to “Active”).
Confirm, and all chosen records update instantly.
Use Case: Mark a batch of Leads as “Qualified” after a successful campaign.
More bulk options: delete, move, duplicate
Purpose: Handle groups of records beyond just editing—clear them out, shift them, or copy them.
How It Works:
Select two or more records.
Look for the floating option bar below.
Choose Delete (remove them), Move (shift to another Group), or Duplicate (copy to a different Group).
