AI Business context: train Dalil AI for your business

In Dalil AI, the AI Business context in Settings helps you shape the platform to fit your unique business. By sharing key details, you train Dalil’s AI to deliver smarter insights for your Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals.

What is “AI Business context”?

It’s a simple form where you describe your business to make Dalil’s AI more valuable and accurate. Answer three questions to give Dalil the context it needs to understand your industry, customers, and goals.

Example: Fill it out to help Dalil suggest better follow-ups for your tech startup’s Leads.

How it works?
  • Go to ettings > AI Business context to find these questions:

    • Describe your business: What industry are you in, what products/services do you offer, and what’s your role? (e.g., “Tech, SaaS solutions, Sales Director”).

    • Your customers: Who are your current and ideal customers? Include key demographics and behaviors (e.g., “B2B tech firms, 50–500 employees, decision-makers”).

    • Your competitors: Who are your main rivals, and what makes you unique in terms of offerings, pricing, or service? (e.g., “Competitor X, but we offer 24/7 support”).

  • Each answer has a 500-character limit. Hit “Save,” and Dalil uses this input to refine its AI suggestions, like smart tips or signals for Leads and Deals.

The more detailed and specific you are in your answers, the better Dalil can respond when you ask questions in the chat—tailoring insights to your exact business needs.

Use case: A B2B software company shares its business (e.g., “Tech, CRM solutions, CEO”), customers (e.g., “Enterprise manufacturers, 1,000+ employees, IT leaders”), and competitors (e.g., “Rival Y, but we offer custom integrations”), so Dalil flags high-potential Deals for those large manufacturing firms.
