In Dalil AI, Inviting Team Members is a breeze, letting you bring your sales team onboard to collaborate on Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals. Set roles, add users, and get everyone working together fast.
What does inviting team members mean?
It’s how you add colleagues to your Dalil workspace. Whether it’s one person or a group, you can invite them easily and assign roles to define their access and abilities.
Example: Invite a sales rep to manage Deals or a manager to oversee everything.
How to invite team members
You’ve got two simple ways to do it:
Quick invite: Click the top-right icon (a person with a “+”) to send an invite right from the dashboard.

Settings route: Go to “Manage Users” in the Settings section for more control.

Single or bulk: Add one member or several at once—your choice.
Set roles: Assign a role to each user (e.g., Admin, Editor) to control what they can do.

Use case: Invite three reps via Settings, give them “Sales Rep” roles, and they’re ready to tackle Tasks and Deals.
